Terms of Service

Effective date: July 14, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between Highwire Solutions, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Sparkle ("Sparkle," "we," "us," or "our"), and the cleaning business or individual ("Subscriber," "you," or "your") that registers for an account on the Sparkle platform.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

1. The Service

Sparkle is a business management platform for house cleaners and maid services. The Service includes the staff application (app.getsparkleapp.com), the customer portal (my.getsparkleapp.com), related mobile applications, and associated APIs and edge functions.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes.

2. Accounts

2.1 Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. Each business should maintain one organization account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. The Service is available to users in the United States.

2.3 Team members

You may invite team members to your organization. You are responsible for their use of the Service and for assigning appropriate roles and permissions. Sparkle enforces role-based access controls (owner, admin, manager, lead, cleaner) but you are responsible for configuring them correctly for your business.

3. Subscription and Billing

3.1 Plans and pricing

Sparkle offers tiered subscription plans (currently Starter, Growth, and Pro) with features and team-size limits that vary by tier. Current pricing is listed at getsparkleapp.com/pricing. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; price changes apply at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.

3.2 Free trial

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial. A valid payment method (credit or debit card) is required to begin the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card will be charged for the selected plan.

3.3 Billing cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file on each renewal date.

3.4 Taxes

Prices do not include taxes. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, use tax, VAT, or similar charges imposed by your jurisdiction.

3.5 Past-due accounts

If a payment fails, we will retry and notify you. If payment remains outstanding for more than 14 days, we may suspend access to paid features until the balance is resolved.

4. Cancellation

4.1 How to cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing settings in the staff app or by contacting support@getsparkleapp.com.

4.2 Effect of cancellation

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You retain full access to the Service until then. There are no partial refunds or prorated credits for unused time within a billing period.

4.3 Data after cancellation

After cancellation, we retain your data for 90 days to allow reactivation. After that period, data is scheduled for permanent deletion. You may request an export of your data at any time before deletion by emailing support@getsparkleapp.com.

4.4 Customer portal access

When your subscription ends, the customer portal for your clients will become inaccessible. We recommend notifying your clients before cancellation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to store illegal content.
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten others through the Service.
  • Attempt to access another Subscriber's data or another user's account.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without written permission.
  • Upload malware, spam, or content that could damage the Service or other users.
  • Exceed reasonable use limits that degrade the Service for others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when practicable.

6. Customer Data

6.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to the business data you enter into Sparkle — client records, property details, schedules, cleaning plans, and messages. We do not claim ownership of your data.

6.2 Your responsibility

You are the data controller for your clients' information. You are responsible for:

  • Having a lawful basis to collect and store your clients' personal data.
  • Informing your clients that you use Sparkle to manage their service records.
  • Responding to your clients' data access, correction, and deletion requests.
  • Ensuring that sensitive data (access codes, alarm codes) is shared only with authorized team members.

6.3 Our role

We process your customer data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell, rent, or share your customer data for marketing or advertising purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Stripe Connect (Customer Payments)

Sparkle integrates with Stripe Connect so your clients can pay you online through the customer portal. Payments flow from your client to your Stripe account. Sparkle does not hold, escrow, or intermediate funds. Your use of Stripe Connect is subject to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement.

Payment disputes between you and your clients are your responsibility. We will provide reasonable assistance (transaction records, timestamps) upon request.

8. AI Features (Sparkle Intelligence)

Sparkle Intelligence uses artificial intelligence to suggest cleaning plans, draft communications, and provide operational insights. You acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs are suggestions only — not professional advice.
  • You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before sending it to clients or acting on it.
  • AI-generated quotes, plans, and communications may contain errors. Sparkle is not liable for decisions made based on AI suggestions.
  • We may change AI providers or models at any time to improve the Service.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), map providers (directions and routing), property data providers, and email delivery services. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policies. Sparkle is not responsible for third-party service availability or performance.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Our property

The Sparkle platform — its code, design, documentation, trademarks, and branding — is owned by Highwire Solutions, LLC. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as a subscriber.

10.2 Your property

You retain ownership of your business data, company branding (logo, colors), and any content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIGHWIRE SOLUTIONS' TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Highwire Solutions, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14.2 Venue

Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

14.3 Informal resolution

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at legal@getsparkleapp.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. General

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Highwire Solutions regarding the Service.
  • Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
  • Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
